About the event
For Valentine's Day, Chef Jacob has put together a selection of entrée specials for this special holiday. The prix-fixe menu includes your first sparkling cava toast (or the non-alcoholic beverage of your choice) as well as your selection of starting course and dessert course. Choice of Starter Course:
- Cauliflower Soup (GF) Lemon, olive oil, chili oil, togarashi.
- Classic Caesar* (GF possible sans croutons) Full-leaf romaine tossed in house-made caesar, parmesan, croutons.
- Mixed Greens (V, GF) Mixed seasonal greens with pickled onion, shaved radish, white balsamic vinaigrette.
Choice of Entrée
- Petite Filet* Filet of beef with beet demi-glace sauce, whipped potatoes, brussels sprouts.
- Coho Salmon With smashed potato, petite vegetables, compound butter.
- Pork Chop* With sauce robert, spaetzle, braised cabbage.
- Vegan Green Curry (V, GF) With jasine rice and shimeji mushrooms

- Cheesecake With apple caramel sauce.
